619 Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer

Vivasil 619 Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer is a fast drying, high solids, high performance, epoxy zinc rich coating designed to protect steel against corrosion when exposed to severe corrosive environments, such as salt and water. Vivasil 619 Zinc Rich Primer is compatible with the entire alkyd,urethane,epoxies product range. When used as a high-build 4:1 +20% (4 parts A to 1 part B + 20% Reducer), the film build is 75 microns per coat, with a suggested 2-coat application. This high-build application is thicker than typical epoxies and “high- build” primers. Vivasil 619 allows sanding and filling of small imperfections and pitting, ready for additional coatings.Stir before use. Place in cool & dry. Close tight after use. Available in 1,5  and 20 litres.
