Epoxy Coating

Vivasil Epoxy Coating is a two component product supplied in 18 litre kits part A & B which contain the proper ratio of ingredients. The entire contents of each container must be mixed together. After mixing the base portion, add the epoxy hardener part B slowly with part A continued agitation. After the hardener Part B add is complete, continue to mix slowly until homogeneous.The pot life of the mixed material is 30 minutes at 25 C. Higher temperatures will reduce the working life of the coating – lower temperatures will increase it. Surface must properly primed with Vivasil Epoxy Primer before application.Stir before use. Place in cool & dry. Close tight after use. Available in 5 and 18 litres two pack system standard colour cards.
