Typically, epoxy screeds are used as underlays for resin flooring .Epoxy screeds are typically thicker than resin flooring (between 3/16″ and 1/4″). To achieve a smooth, level finish, epoxy screeds are generally trowel-applied, and power floated.The strength and impact resistance of epoxy screeds are excellent.These properties make epoxy screeds ideal for flooring systems in medium- to heavy-duty industrial settings, such as manufacturing, food processing, etc.A three component solventless based bulk pack. Its high strength and non-shrink characteristics provides a repair mortar stronger than concrete in less than 24 hours, has high adhesion, low odor epoxy, combined with graded sand, and troweled into place. Troweled down at 6mm, this high build system is more durable and impact resistant making it able to withstand intense force or shock, perfect for heavy machinery and forklifts.
