PREPARATION OF SURFACE

All the surface must be dry, clean and free from contaminants such as dust, dirt, moss/fungus, oil, grease and ridges etc.
Cracks, Chips Voids and Damages should be repaired
Old acrylic paint must be scrapped, waterjet, removed & cleaned.
APPLICATION FOR NEW SURFACES

Vivasil I-Reflect WB

Vivasil I-Reflect WB Heat Reflective Roof Coating reduces the temperature in especially buildings with metal roofs considerably. It contains reflective minerals, which reflect infrared light rays from the surface of the coating. Highly durable and UV resistant ,excellent adhesion and highly water resistant .The use of the reflective minerals has a positive effect not only infrared but also harmful UV rays are reflected, thus slowing down the degradation of the coating. Surface must properly primed with Vivasil Anti Corrosion Primer before application.For achieving high heat reflective performance white is the highest score ,recommended to use white.Available in 5 and 18 litres standard colour cards.
